If you retired between 29 February 2020 and 31 October 2020 and then rejoin as an officer because of the Covid-19 pandemic, you can continue without a break of one month and a day.
We will update you with any further temporary amendments to the pension regulations regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.
If you joined the police service before 6 April 2006 you are a member of the Police Pension Scheme 1987 (PPS 1987) unless you opted out.
