Change of death grant beneficiary(s)
Complete the expression of wish for payment of death grant form to change your chosen beneficiary(s) to receive your death grant lump sum. As the administering authority, we have absolute discretion when deciding who to pay any death grant to, but it is helpful if you let us know your wishes.
Change of home address and email
Complete the change of home address and email form to notify us when you change your home address or personal email address. It is important that we hold the up to date address for you so we can send your pension information to the correct place.
Change of personal details
Complete the change of personal details form to notify us of any change to your name, partnership status or title. Also use this form to notify us of an amendment to the spelling of your surname, forename(s), date of birth or National Insurance number.
The 50/50 section
The 50/50 section of the scheme allows you to pay half your contributions whilst building up half your pension in times of financial difficulties. You can opt in and out of the 50/50 section whenever you want to. Find out about the 50/50 section
