Meetings take place on the second Tuesday of each month starting at 2.30pm in the Village Hall, Lancaster Avenue, Capel-le-Ferne situated off the A20. There is a large car park and on road parking just outside in Lancaster Road.
Members are requested to pay £1 when they attend which helps to cover expenses. A raffle is held each month and there are second hand books for sale, the proceeds given to charity. The general format of the meeting starts with a welcome by the Chairman, any notices given, followed by the speaker. Finally the raffle is drawn, refreshments served, aiming to finish around 4.00pm.
